Khadka G Steel Corporation, is a well established B2B wholesale trading firm which deals in extensive array of Iron Products. Their long term plan is to maintain the product quality over period of time and differentiate their offerings with respect to other steel traders already in market. Although they had a good presence and reach in market, they aspired to increase their reach geographically even further in order to increase profitability.

Project Brief

They have a long term vision for building their brand for which they wanted to start with redesigning of their logo. They wanted it to be self explanatory along with a tagline which eventually should mark an ever lasting impression on any buyer

After getting a brief over personality of the brand as a person, we got an understanding that Khadka G Steel Corporation is a sincere and an honest brand which showcases authenticity.

Value Proposition

Target audience for the brand are mid sized dealers and B2B infra market purchasers where they plan to increase their reach of the branded products at lowest possible price. The dealers tend to have an inclination towards trust-able and customer-centric brands. And this is what they aspire to inculcate over the period of time.

The Process

Khadka G Corporation wanted us to brainstorm around Word-mark, Combination Mark and Abstract Logo. Once we had an idea regarding the brand persona and it’s value proposition, we started to figure out the elements which could be used in the process of designing logo.

Considering the requirement Khadka G had, we needed to focus on elements which was easy to understand, had an impression for longer duration and which depicts the attributes like strength, confidence, quality, structure, authenticity and sincerity.

  • Furnace : Authenticity and sincerity
  • Steel Bar : Strength and Structure
  • Metallic Design : We had an understanding that the logos we design should have a Metallic Design as a common element. It’s not only the core value proposition of the brand but also gives the first impression that what’s the brand all about.
