Pretty Petals is one of the leading businesses in the women boutique retail stores in Surat. They Provide one-on-one shopping experience and features apparel for fashion enthusiastic women. They have a very wide range of variety of imported western wear to cater to the varied requirements of customers like, for a special day, event, or festivals.
The owner was looking for A Social Marketing Agency in Surat and approached us before a major Diwali festival season with goal to increase brand awareness among local market using Instagram Ads as well as Facebook Ads and with that to increase footfalls to their physical store during festival season.
After this initial brief and a comprehensive brand exercise, As a Social Media Manager, we discovered and shaped a brand identity, voice and personality for Paathshala that will guide our initiatives in the best possible direction.
The target audience for the brand in simplest of terms is any women in Surat who wants to buy an imported western wear. We identified the target audience of age group ranging from 12 to 45 years with the interest targeting in Fashion, Shopping, Clothing, Accessories, Western Dresses, Boutiques etc.
The problem we face is lack of reach of their social media page so we target the connections of famous fashion brands like Zara, Payal & Zinal, Vero Moda, Only, Myntra, Ajio and Many more to leverage their social media reach into our Social Media Campaigns.
With Facebook Lead Ads & Instagram Lead Ads, We targeted Pretty Petal's audience in Surat to increase sales at stores. During that time, We targeted Women in nearby are of the store with special offers using radius targeting. Additionally, We targeted women who were interested in the brand of Pretty Petal's competitor.
As part of this filtering process, We filtered its audience based on definitions of age, gender and Household Income. The campaign is targeted only at women interested in Fashion, Shopping, Clothing, Accessories, Western Dresses, Boutiques.
On Pretty Petal’s Instagram Profile, Our ads showed a different types of trendy western wear with interactive caption and trendy hashtags. Upon clicking the call to action button, the viewer would be directed to inbox. Then we sent custom text message to insist user to visit store.
We Continously Monitored the Social Media Ads and Improivsed our Ad Copies. We also created variation in Ad Copies to carry out A/B Testing, which helped us identify the Creatives that worked the best.
After Running the social meida campaign for a brief period of 2 months we measured the Results are as:
- An increase in number of Leads of 38%
- An increase in-store footfalls of 78%
- Costs per lead were 3X lower
- Ads wear reached to the more than 38000 women in Surat and 467 Nos. of customer visited the store.
Thus, We achieved increased brand recognition and store footfalls by combining a unique proposition for consumers with intelligent social media targeting.
