Driven by a commitment to luxury, sophistication, and elegance, My Diam aspires to offer customers timeless pieces that showcase the unparalleled beauty and brilliance of diamonds. Their core values revolve around exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering quality, backed by a selection of GIA-certified diamonds that ensures authenticity and value. My Diam also takes pride in building strong relationships with clients, providing them with unparalleled customer service.


Project Brief

Despite having a fair number of followers on social media platforms, My Diam Asia recognized that they were not achieving the reach and engagement that aligns with industry standards. Seeking to unlock their full potential, the founder approached us with a clear objective: to elevate their Instagram and Facebook presence, expand reach and engagement, and create a community of individuals passionate about high-end products like diamonds.


Target Audience

My Diam Asia's target audience comprises sophisticated individuals with discerning taste, drawn to life's finest luxuries and the allure of unique, one-of-a-kind diamond pieces. Additionally, esteemed jewelers dealing in diamond jewelry and brokers within the diamond industry form a vital part of the brand's target audience.


Problems faced

The diamond industry on social media is highly competitive, with numerous established brands vying for attention. We faced the challenge of standing out amidst the saturation of diamond-related content, where competitors were already capitalizing on visually captivating product reels and garnering significant success.

We recognized that merely posting aesthetically pleasing images of diamonds might not be enough to establish a genuine connection with the target audience and Differentiating the brand and maintaining a distinct identity required a thoughtful approach.


Our Process

The social media management journey began by optimizing the existing pages. We revamped the display picture, story highlights icons, and modified the bio to present a cohesive and captivating brand image. A mood board was crafted as a guiding light, ensuring that all posts resonated with the brand's refined, professional, and classy tone, befitting the exclusivity and prestige associated with diamonds.


Informed by an extensive analysis of competitors in the diamond space, we designed a content calendar that offered a mix of engaging posts. Alongside visually appealing content, we diversified the content to include educational pieces, lifestyle-oriented posts, insights from experts, and trendy content.





We devoted considerable effort to conducting in-depth hashtag research. By using a mix of well-established but relevant hashtags, as well as some niche and branded tags, and ensured that each post reached its intended audience without being lost in a sea of unrelated content.


Results and Impact

The impact of the social media strategy was nothing short of extraordinary:

    • Instagram: 2400% Increase compared to the previous duration

    • Facebook: 74000% Increase compared to the previous duration

  • Follower Growth:

    • Instagram: 3600% Increase compared to the previous duration

    • Facebook: 200% Increase compared to the previous duration

    • Instagram: 2200% Increase compared to the previous duration

    • Facebook: 1500% Increase compared to the previous duration
