From timeless analog watches to cutting-edge smartwatches, Helios is the ultimate destination for watch enthusiasts. With a collection of over 10,000 watches across its nationwide stores, Helios has built a reputation as a trusted name in the world of luxury watches.


Project Brief

When Helios approached us, they wanted to create impactful email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for various occasions. These included:

  • Women’s Day

  • Indian Regional New Years

  • Eid

  • Store Notifications

  • Gifting Campaigns

  • Customer Onboarding

  • Birthdays and Anniversaries

Our task was to design creatives and craft compelling messages that resonated with their high-net-worth customer base, striking the perfect balance between promotional and personalized communication.


Target Audience

Helios’ target audience consisted of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) who had previously purchased from Titan or Helios. These individuals expected communication that was both sophisticated and personalized, making it essential to ensure that every interaction felt authentic and engaging.


Challenges We Faced

Balancing Promotional Messaging with a Personal Touch: We needed to ensure that while the campaigns promoted offers and store notifications, they didn’t come across as overly sales-focused.
